L’Agonie d’Hitler – The Agony of Hitler – on Hitler’s final days in the Berlin bunker, Ma Troisième Évasion – My Third Escape – the memoirs of a French prisoner of war, Le Général Leclerc – An illustrated biography of Philippe Leclerc de Hauteclocque, one of Free France’s most prominent commanders, who led the liberation of Paris from Nazi occupation, Le Martyre d’Ascq – The Martyrdom of Ascq, documenting the Ascq Massacre, in which Waffen-SS soldiers executed 86 civilians in the village of Ascq, De Liège à Prague – À travers l’Allemagne – From Liège to Prague – Through Germany, following the journey of partisans across Germany towards the end of the war, Deux de la R.A.F en France Occupée – Two from the R.A.F in Occupied France, telling the story of two British Royal Air Force (RAF) pilots who crashed in France and had to escape or find refuge with the resistance movement.

The booklets were designed for young readers, portraying the war against the Nazi occupier in a patriotic propaganda style supporting the Allies. Some of them were published during the war, in the months when France was still fighting for its liberation, while others were released immediately afterward, preserving the heroic deeds of the Allied fighters in the form of real wartime stories.

20 complete booklets. Each booklet was published weekly in a 24-page format, with vivid color covers and impressive illustrations. Very good condition.
