A collection of 44 photographs documenting Jews near the tombstones of their deceased loved ones, and photographs of deceased tombstones in ancient Jewish cemeteries. The collection is divided into two divisions, one, division photographs of relatives standing next to the graves of their relatives from the years Before the holocaust – the 1910-1930 in Jewish cemeteries in various European cities. in the the other, is Jews standing next to the graves of their loved ones who perished in the Holocaust between the years 1939-1945 in Jewish cemeteries in various European cities, and tombstones of those who died in these years, (It is possible that a small part of the photographs are from Jewish cemeteries from the Eastern countries).
Among the families of the deceased on the tombstones in various Jewish cemeteries in Europe in the photographs we found: Horowitz, Stein, Meshulam, Schmidt, Vogel, Landman, Klein, Feldman, Solomon, Shaira, Barzikovski, Adler, Gavrialovich, Schreiber, Burstein, Neavizsky, and others.
Various size: three large photographs 30×25 cm. on average, and the rest 19×13 cm, 9×14 cm. and 10×8 cm. overall good condition.
