On the back of the bill, the owner wrote: “מכ”ק הרבי שליט”א י’ שבט תש”מ” ”
Special date. The partition status on that date was designated by the Rebbe for mark thirty years of the Shvat 10, 1950 – the day of the departure of the Rebbe HaRayt’z.
