An important collection of about 300 stamps, one of the most important and rare in the world. Europe, the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century.
A rare variety of stamps, mainly from European countries, collected systematically by a single collector, one of the world’s largest stamp collectors in a period of over 50 years. The collection is arranged in chronological order, starting with the Black Penny stamps issued by the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland on May 1, 1840 in various values, and the stamps of the first British colonies. As well as stamps from the first issues and important series from the United Kingdom, Romania, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Uganda, Eden, Magyar, and more. Many stamps in the collection with full Ink stamp (which occupy most of the stamp area), special postage stamps, accurate jagged, and errors printing. Almost all of the stamps are smooth in the back, with no scraps of paper or tear. Also, signed and unsigned stamp groups appear. The emphasis in the collection is on the stamps of the first United Kingdom. Another feature of the collection is a special care about the neat and clean condition of the stamps and accurate jagged.
