Card for receiving a daily portion of bread of the Jew Hans Hermann Adler from Oranienburger Street 32 in Berlin. It is valid from 22 September until 19 October 1941 and is intended for children from 6 to 10 years old. His name and place of residence appear at the bottom of the card.

Adler’s name appears in the Yad Vashem database of victims as Hans Hermann Adler. According to the registration there, he was born in Stuttgart, Germany in 1934. Before World War II, he lived in Oberdorf am Ipf. During the war, he was deported to Jungfernhof, Latvia. Oranienburger Straße, where he lived, was the heart of Berlin’s Jewish Quarter during the war.
