A series of 14 anti-Nazi postcards issued in Portugal, in the midst of World War II, in the early 1940s. Postcards mocking Hitler, Goebbels and the heads of the Nazi regime, postcards mocking the military capabilities of the German Wehrmacht, the Nazi symbols, and postcards predicting Germany’s defeat in the war, and intensify Allied military superiority.
Interestingly, the postcards before us came out in Portugal precisely, a country that was considered neutral, similar to Spain and Switzerland in World War II.
