The Revisionist Zionist Alliance – a movement and a world Zionist party founded by Ze’ev Jabotinsky. Its name derives from the demand for revision (re-examination) of the conciliatory policy of Haim Weizmann, chairman of the Zionist Executive, towards the British government with regard to the British mandate in Eretz Israel. The revisionists was in fact the political arm of revisionist Zionism. The movement operated in Germany even during the sharp waves of anti-Semitism in the 1920s and 1930s. In 1933, the revisionists even initiated a call for an economic boycott of Germany.
