Collection of 14 Shanah Tovah postcards, all published by Yehudiya – Warsaw, most of them rare. Early 20th century.
All postcards depict family scenes related to the High Holidays – Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, and Sukkot. Shanah Tovah greetings appear in Yiddish and Hebrew on the front of the cards. One postcard features background portraits of Theodor Herzl and Max Nordau. Five of the postcards were postally used.
