This draft served as a pre-print design for the publisher, who later produced it on a firm postcard substrate. In its finalized version, the reverse included publisher details and a divided layout with space for the sender’s and recipient’s names. (This draft is an early proof, with the design pasted onto blank paper on the reverse).
