100 Picture from the holy land – a miniature album with an olive wood binding and 100 pictures from palestine, c. 1930s. On the Protective page, a dedication to the educator Ben Zion Mosinson – one of the founders of Tel Aviv, and the director of the Herzliya Gymnasium.
A huge variety of photos from the ‘old’ Eretz Israel, along with photos from the Eretz Israel being built: the Western Wall and the holy places, the residents of the country in their traditional dress, sights from the cities of Jaffa, Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and more, along with the residents in the traditional dress – Yemenis, and members of the various communities, a parade of flags, pioneers building the Land of Israel, and many more.
On the cover of the album is an illustration of Rachel’s tomb and the caption “Rachel Tomb”. On the back of the album, the caption: “Jerusalem”.
