Description of the author journey who arrived in the Land of Israel from Italy through Egypt to the port of Jaffa, across the length and breadth of the Land of Israel. When he arrived in Jaffa, he went to Jerusalem (he describes the city wall as “huge walls”, he describes the Western Wall as a place where the Jews come to pray only on Fridays, and rarely on the other days of the week), where he visited the Church of the Sepulcher, in the Upper City, in the Jewish graves – the Mount of Olives , Yad Avshalom, Zechariah’s Tomb, as well as in the Jeremiah Cave, Mamilla Pool, Damascus Gate and the area. From Jerusalem he continued to Rachel’s Tomb, Hebron, Nablus, Gaza, while he visited the southern part of the country. When he arrived in palestine, he states that this is the first time he has seen women with wrap. The book is accompanied by dozens of engravings of the landscapes of the country – Jerusalem, the Western Wall, the Temple Mount, the animals of the country, and more.
