The Ga’on Rabbi Chaim David Kalifi [Klifa] was one of the greatest halachic authorities of Tripoli in the 19th century, author of the “Orach LeChaim” in handwriting and “maharechet haklalim”. In the book ‘Mahate Eliyahu’ [Livorno 1857], Divrei Torah was cited in his name.
In addition, a number of early glosses appear in an unidentified Mizrahi script. 79 leaves. Stains. Fine condition.
