Halvaah-veChisachon jerusalem – Certificate of Deposit designed by Meir Gur Arie and Zeev Raban, “Graphics” printing press, Jerusalem, May 22, 1930.
Deposit certificate of “Loan and Savings Jerusalem coopperative society ltd.” No. 11949. In the name of Mr. Yitzhak Yerushalmi. At the top of the certificate is a drawing of the mutual association building in lithographic print. A square frame with illustrations of the Twelve zodiac, and the caption ‘Jerusalem Loan and Savings’ in three languages.
In 1923, Meir Gur Arieh and Ze’ev Raban, in collaboration with a workshop called “Industrial Art Workhouse” (= Industrial), opened a graphic design and other objects design. The deposit certificate before us was designed in this workshop.
