Ephraim Deinard (1846-1930) – historian, polemicist, one of the greatest bibliographers of modern times; Deinard is considered a writer and provocateur who writes impartially, and uninhibitedly against personalities whose opinions were generally considered authoritarian. He emigrated from Russia to the United States in the 1890s.
