In his letter to Rabbi Rosenberg he describes the shortness of time available to him ‘because of the bothered’ to the point that he apologizes for not being able to even answer him in halakhah individually and attaches a letter he wrote regarding the question to the Papa Rebbe, and will find his answer from there.
The Admor Rabbi Menashe Klein [1923 – 2011] Gaba’d of the Ungwar community and head of the Beit Shearim yeshiva in Brooklyn, and later in Eretz Israel. Thousands of answers he answered in Halacha were printed in the book “Mishnah Halachot Responsa”. At the beginning of his life in the United States, he helped the Rebbe of Klausenburg, Rabbi Yekutiel Yehuda Halberstam, establish his “She’erit HaPleita” institutions, and he managed them in the early years, He also kept in touch with Maran HaStaifler, with whom he corresponded extensively on a variety of topics.
