Israel Quiz Game - a Q&A game to get to know Eretz Israel and its enterprises. Published by "Amarna", Ramat Gan. c. 1950s.
The game consists of question cards and answer cards, and a clock style board with alphabet letters. One of the participants asks a question that appears on the "Questions" cards, turns the rotating hand on the board, and in the letter where it stops, the participants must reply with an answer that begins with that letter. The cards include questions dealing with familiarity with the renewed Eretz Israel of the 1950s, such as: "One of the mountains of the country", "Name of a famous industrial enterprise", "Fruit found in our country", "An animal found in Israel", "A kibbutz in the north of the country", "A place in the south of the country", "One of the ships of the Israeli Navy", "Part of the personal equipping of an IDF soldier", "One of the streets in the cities of the country", "A tree growing in Israel", etc. The first person who gives the correct answer receives coupons as a reward according to the number listed on the answer cards. The winner of the game is the person who has the most correct answers, and wins the most coupons.
