An important collection of photographs shows the Jewish educational institutions in Vilnius of the 1920s and early 1930s. Among the photos:
A rare photograph showing students of the second class of the Tarbut School in Shawley, along with an exterior photo of the school structure, a class photo of photographs of Jewish students and their teachers from the Hebrew Gymnasium “Tarbut” in Vilnius named after Dr. Epstein in Vilnius- 1926, (Dr. Epstein A physician, public activist, Zionist activist and educator in Vilna, was born in Ukraine in 1874, in 1918 he founded the Hebrew Gymnasium named after him. Died of typhus in 1916.
