Rabbi Shlomo Ephraim’s classic commentary on the Five Books of Moses, accepted as one of the pillars of traditional biblical interpretation. This is the second edition, printed in Prague.
Rabbi Shlomo Ephraim of Luntshitz (ca. 1550–1619), known by the title of his book Kli Yakar, was born in Luntshitz, Poland. A disciple of the Maharshal, he later served as rabbi and head of the yeshiva in Prague from 1604 (Shin Samech Daled) until his passing in 1619.
