Booklet including “Honorable Letter” to the Council of Torah scholars in Poland, and in particular to the Residence the Admor Baal Imri Emet of Gur, and to Lieutenant Rabbi Mordechai Yosef Elazar Liner of Radzin against the Agudat Israel Council in Poland. In the letter of the Rayat’z , harsh allegations against the “founding of the Torah” education and against the “Land of Israel” fund aimed settlement of religious Jews in the Land of Israel. The main claim of the Rayat’z is that Agudat Israel’s methods of action seem to the actions of the Zionist parties, and that borders on blasphemy. .. After the publication , most of the pamphlets exterminated by Agudat Israel’s supporters, hence their rarity.
