Meorot Natan by the kabbalist Rabbi Meir Ben Yehuda Leib Pupersh, Warsaw 1867. Bound with Yona Tama – Glosses and Corrections with True Preface on the Book of the Kanfei Yonah by Rabbi Menachem Mendel son of Yoel, Galicia 1887.
Long glosses on the secret torah.
The book contains many long glosses from the time of printing, in the depth of the secret. It is apparent that the writer is a great expert in this wisdom. The glosses end with the word “Understand” or “Understand well” . At the end of the book five pages are bound in an unidentified manuscript, all in the wisdom of Kabbalah. The author of the book, Rabbi of Cracow, one of the greatest Kabbalists, the brother-in-law of rabbi Natan Guta, a disciple of Rabbi Yisrael Ashkenazi and Rabbi Ya’akov Zemach, was involved in arranging the writings of the Ari’ and bringing them to print for this purpose visited Damascus with Rabbi Shmuel Vital. He has authored many books, including “Or Ha-Yashar”, Hamburg. [Otzar HaRabbanim 12941].
