The historical scenes open with the end of Israel's freedom in the destruction of the Second Temple, the Bar Kochba revolt, the long Middle Ages and the ghetto, the forerunners of early Zionism, Herzl - "the Jewish state" and the Zionist Congress, the great enterprises of Zionism appear in detail - "Maccabi", the Levant Fair, Tel Hai, "Hashomer" and many more, the destruction of European Jewry by the Nazis, the partition plan, and the declaration of the establishment of the State of Israel at the historic Independence Ceremony. In the center of the print, Herzl's figure combines his hands.

Noah Bee. [Birzowski 1916-1992], cartoonist. Born in Poland, immigrated to Israel and moved to the United States. He designed the graphics of some of the first banknotes issued in the early years of the state of Israel, and even designed a new version of the "blue box" for the JNF. Published cartoons in newspapers in Israel and the United States.
