Rabbi Menachem Mendel Chaim Landa of Chechnov [1862-1938] son of Rabbi Yaakov Mi’Yazov, son of Rabbi Avraham of Chechnov. Grew up in the shadow of his grandfather, slept in his room, and received Torah from him. Known as a tremendous genius in Torah and Hasidism. he filled his father’s place and served in Zavirza. Was Admor in Poland, and in the years 1921-1929 in the United States, he returned to Poland, where he died. From his books: “Mekitz Nirdamim”, “Ateret Zakenim”, “Meir Eini Hachamim” and other Books lost in the Holocaust.
