“MeAvodateynu” – Jungerenblatt HERAUSGEGEN VOV KWUZA HAPOEL ZUR WOCHE D BUNDES PESSACH 1934 – A one-time booklet – number 1 – in a stencil print with illustrations, published on the occasion of Passover by the Hebrew organization ‘Hapoel’ in Germany – 1934 – under Hitler regime. The title of the booklet is in Hebrew, the articles are in German.
On the title page is a large Star of David with a painting of the Land of Israel. In the booklet, a statement of intent on the movement’s mission to be run by young people and for young people, articles condemning the anti-Semitic phenomenon, the movement’s ties with the Brit Olim movement, the movement’s attitude toward the Bund, a horrific article on the Waidmannslust concentration camp, ‘within the group’, and more. The pamphlet was published a few months before the exclusion of Jews from all public areas of Nazi Germany.
