“Heichal Tefillah Shaarei Rachamim” Kiryat Gat. Booklet of regulations for the Indian community in Kiryat Gat, including: all prayers will be conducted in Marathi, the president along with the members of the managing committee will be responsible for all matters related to prayer, regulations concerning the authority of the synagogue president, the treasurer will collect donations from the members at the discretion of the managing committee. The treasurer must keep a detailed record of all items in the prayer hall; if a member acts contrary to the rules regarding discipline in the prayer hall, or does anything against the interests of the prayer hall or engages in activities that harm the sanctuary, the general assembly has the right to remove the member’s name. Regulations concerning the election of members, rules for using appropriate language during the general assembly, “A member shall not speak more than twice on the same issue; if there is a need to speak a third time on the same topic, he shall request permission from the chair, ” regulations regarding the collection of fees from those celebrating in the synagogue, and more.
