The share certificates of the Hamei Tveria Company, which operated the hot springs site near the city of Tiberias, were divided into 3,000 founder shares, each worth 5 Palestine Pounds, and 8,000 preferred shares, which participated in the profits with a cumulative interest of 7%—each also worth 5 Palestine Pounds. The share was issued around the 1920s when buildings at the site were constructed and renovated, designed by architects B. Haikin and Harry Lourie.
