Shetar Birurin regarding a claim for payments from the estate of the late Mrs. Lashur, signed by the esteemed rabbinic authorities, Rabbi Chaim Yehuda Leib Auerbach and Rabbi Zvi Pesach Frank. 20 Adar 5694 – March 7, 1934.

Shetar Birurin concerning a claim filed by Aryeh Mintz, who asserted that he had served Mrs. Lashur for five months at the guesthouse synagogue of Meir Shapiro during her final days and had not received his wages, as she passed away unexpectedly. In a separate page, Mr. Mintz detailed his claims, including that during her final days she was not of sound mind and it was impossible to discuss payment with her. In response to these statements, the Kabbalist Gaon Rabbi Chaim Leib Auerbach wrote on record: “We do not recognize the facts he recounted, nor his claim, ” and the arbitrator postponed the petition to a later date. The claim is accompanied by two leaves: one leaf bearing the signatures of the aforementioned Geonim, along with an additional signature of Rabbi Yitzchak Yaakov Wechtfogel; and another leaf – a power of attorney document with an additional signature of the Gaon Rabbi Zvi Pesach Frank.
