On the page 114 notes: “הקשה מורינו הה”ג רוצ’קאטצבור נ”י” על דברי המגן אברהם הסותרים לכאורה את דברי המחבר”. (It is possible that the reference is to the the Rogatchover Gaon). In another remark, he discusses at length the words of the Mahatzit HaShekel.
Large format 47 cm. On the cover is a monogram of “Yitzhak Yeuda Herman”. First pages in poor condition, tears (some are missing) and wrinkles. Original leather cover detached. The rest of the book is in good condition.
