Deutsches Reich – Stamp Folder of the German Reich – Portrait of Adolf Hitler in Profile. For Use Beginning August 1, 1941 – Complete Folder of 35 Stamps in Denominations of 1, 5, 3, 6, 4, 8, and 12 Reichsmarks in Green, Gray, Brown, Purple, Orange, and Red Colors.

The stamps feature a profile portrait of Adolf Hitler, printed in a classical style intended to lend him an aura of authority, portraying him as the natural continuation of leaders of the so-called Thousand-Year Reich. These stamps were created as part of a propaganda campaign designed to glorify Hitler’s image among the German people. The series included several monetary denominations for daily postal use as well as official purposes. Different colors were assigned to each denomination, with each representing a specific purpose or category of mail usage. The stamps served to disseminate Hitler’s image throughout Germany and the occupied territories, effectively functioning as a tool to convey ideological messages and reinforce the cult of personality surrounding Hitler. The stamps were produced by the German Reich Postal Authority with high printing quality, typical of German stamps from the period.
