10 rare Jewish Happy New Year postcards with greetings in Hebrew and in various languages (mainly German) showing landscapes, sites, and streets in various European cities (one of the postcards was sent from Egypt to palestine). Various publishers, early 20th century.
New Year postcards from the countries and cities appear: Hungary (showing a Jewish town – sent to Vienna), Italy, Stockholm, Pressburg, Prague, Paris – Happy New Year greeting in Hebrew on the back of the postcard, Žilina (Slovakia), Germany, Vienna – Handwritten Happy New Year greeting In Yiddish on the back of the postcard, Nabi Daniel in Alexandria – a postcard sent to Eretz Israel in 1913 with a Happy New Year blessing on the back in Hebrew to Shmuel Z. Jungerwirt and his friends in the Palestinian ministry.
Seven of them were sent by mail, six of them are Undivided back, overall condition is good – very good.
