The agreement stipulates precise amounts which the Government of the United Kingdom credited Israel with, Handling the property under the supervision of the guardian, redemption of bonds, transfer of rights and benefits of the Mandate government in assets in Israel, arrangement of status of buildings used by the British Mandate, cancellation of mutual claims, and more. This agreement effectively marked the end of the British Mandate over Palestine in practice.
