In front, the Zionist Organization building. To the right is a window with the First Zionist Congress Sergeant lion and Herzl’s Seven Stars. From the window comes out a chain of 11 small photographs about Theodore Herzl and the Zionist congresses: the house where Herzl born, Herzl, Herzl and his friends on their way to Congress, the building in Basel where the First Zionist Congress took place, Herzl on the Congress stage, Herzl’s diary, Herzl on his way to Israel, Herzl in Jerusalem , The 6th Congress stage, Herzl with his mother, Herzl’s study, Herzl’s tomb on Mount Herzl.
The postcard was given as a gift to youngs in Israel as a souvenir for the ‘Herzl’s year’, as appears in the print on the back of the postcard.
