Rabbi Yisrael of Paltishan (a Chassidic courtyard with roots in Chernobyl-Squire. Originating in the city of Paltican in Moldova, Romania). The great disciple of Rabbi Avraham Dov Maverich, author of the book ‘Bat Ein’. In the introduction to the book ‘Bat Ein’ it is written about him that he was the one who brought the manuscript of the book with him to Safed.
