The front of each card depicts a synagogue cantor blowing the shofar alongside the inscription: “Israel, Gmar Chatima Tova” (May you be inscribed for a good year).
On the reverse, there is a printed stamp with Adolf Hitler’s portrait and blank spaces for personal details, including the sender’s name, street, house number, and the recipient’s name – German.
