Two photographs of elderly Jews on the city street Towards the synagogue (Which burned to the ground) in a procession of humiliation, after being arrested by the Nazis on Kristallnacht. In the one photo, two Jews who were forced to carry a Star of David made of wood on the top of the group, inscribed, “G-d will not leave us”, In the other, the group is seen being examined by the Nazi forces.
