Maginey Eretz Shulchan Aruch Orach Chaim Part II, on the title page appears in red ink: "Slavita" 1860, the place of printing and the year are fake. the book was printed in lemberg 1859.
The title page does not mention the name of the printer, but only: "In the printing press of the famous governor ..." and an empty space. According to the approvals, the printer is Pinchas Moshe Balaban, Which managed the lemberg printing house.
Winograd heard that such a copy existed but did not see it. We have not seen a similar copy and and as far as we know, before us a single copy in the world. On the title page is the owner's stamp of 'Rabbi Yaakov Stockler'.
