An unusual the leaf was made by the printmaker Sebastiano Nistri, who usually printed for the non-Jewish population of the city. The Hebrew print was founded in Pisa in the late 18th century by Samuel Foa. Before us is one of the early posters in general in Italian Jewry with a Hebrew title and words in the Hebrew language.
