The Holy Rebbe Rabbi Yisrael Alter [1895-1977], the fifth Rebbe in the dynasty of Gur Rebbe, the right hand of his father with 'Imrei Emet' under the leadership of Hasidism, lost his entire family in the Holocaust, And restored Hasidism in Israel after the Holocaust. Beginning serve as a rebbe since 1948, one of the leaders of ultra-Orthodox Judaism in the Land of Israel, head of the Council of Torah Scholars.
