A thick volume of about 600 pages with orderly handwritten lists of thousands of names of rabbis and members of the Old Yishuv who received donations from Etz Chaim Yeshiva. The ledger covers a period of over two years between 1912-1914, and contains many well known names of Torah scholars who received assistance.
Next to each name is listed the amount received, and the date is at the top of the pages. Among the names in the ledger: Ben Zion Yadler (his name is mentioned several times as a regular recipient), members of the Rivlin family, members of the Zalznik family, Rabbi Hirsch Shapira of Horodna, Rabbi Yaakov Moshe Harlap, Rabbi Yitzchak Melzan, the Cheshin family, and many more. It also includes the names of many institutions that received support such as "Beit HaYetomot" (the girls orphanage), Beit HaTavshil (soup kitchen), Torat Chaim Yeshiva, management of the Me'ah She'arim neighborhood, expenses for charities and more.
