34 original woodcuts by the painter Samuel Rosin, of which six are signed and dated.
Rosin (Rosinas Fedtova, born in Lithuania, 1926), a graduate of the Leningrad and Vilnius Academy of Art. During World War II he fought in the partisan ranks, the Lithuanian Brigade and the Red Army. In many of the woodcuts, Rosin painted scenes that he himself attended during World War II.
