At the top is the "Beit Ha'am" emblem design. Beit Ha'am was an educational and cultural institution founded by a volunteer association and aimed at the welfare of the residents of Tel Aviv. In the 1920s and early 1930s, it was a cultural center in which tens of thousands of Tel Aviv residents participated in its activities. In 1925, the Voluntary Founders Association received permission from the government to establish a "Beit Am Ltd".company and was allowed to issue shares of one pound each to raise funds for the construction of a building for a popular university, library and lecture hall and performances. Every shareholder considered a member of Beit Ha'am. With the help of the money collected, a wooden boarding hut was erected in 1927, which is intended to provide temporary performances and concerts even during the winter months.
