On the right are ten coupons for withdrawing dividends. Terms of the company in the back (Yiddish and Romanian). Below is the place of publication - Lithuania - Francezaza - Chisinau in Yiddish. The certificate is handwritten and signed by Mandel Dredso from Chisinau. In the background appears the name of the company in Yiddish "אונזער צייט".
