The month of Nisan 1944 was declared a month of charity for rescuing. The poster was signed [in print] by the great Admorim: the Admor Imrei Emet of Gur, the Belzer Rebbe Rabbi Aharon Rokeach, the Admor Rabbi Yisrael ben Mordechai Feibach of Husiatyn, the Rebbe of Chortkov, the Admor of Boyan, and other Admorim.
