Rosin (Rosins Padtova, born in Lithuania, 1926), a graduate of the Leningrad and Vilnius Academy of Art. During World War II he fought in the partisans, the Lithuanian Brigade and the Red Army. In many of the woodcuts, Rosin painted scenes in which he was present during World War II: Jews fleeing the enemy, informers, partisans in the forests, and more.
