The holy Rebbe, Rabbi Mordechai MiNadwórna [1886-1973] was born in the city of Mialen in Romania to Rabbi Meir Rosenbaum, the Rebbe of Kretschnif, the son of Rabbi Mordechai of Nadwórna. The first Rebbe of Nadwórna in Eretz Israel after the Holocaust. Served in Chernivtsi, Kretschnif and Tel Aviv. The holy Admor Rabbi Itamar was famous for his piety, and it is knowm among the great Hasidim that it is a great virtue to look at the figure of his portrait.
