Kdushat Levi Pirkei Avot by Rabbi Levi Yitzchak of Berdychov, Lemberg[1862] - first edition. In the end of the book, first printed the "Kavanat HaMikveh" of the Baal Shem Tov.
The book was brought to the printing press by Rabbi Moshe HaCohen zt'l, who was the son-in-law of Rabbi Yissachar zt'l, the grandson of Rabbi Yisrael Maggid of Koznitz zt'l. The title page of the book states that the book was printed according to a manuscript that was curated in the treasure of the Maggid of Koznitz, who was a disciple of Rabbi Levi Yitzchak of Bardichov z'l. The title page reads: "The generation you have seen a pure... Take it and bring a blessing to your homes taste it and light your eyes. ". "
Later, the book was printed in several other editions, in various editions of the Kdushat Levi on the Torah the book was printed entirety.
