Two leaves of Halachot from Chazon Ish printed in stencil. Alongside the Halachot are a number of notes from three writers relating to things heard from Chazon Ish: Notes in the handwriting of Rabbi Chaim Kanievsky, notes from a disciple of Chazon Ish (unidentified), and notes apparently written by the son of Rabbi Chaim Kanievsky.
The innovations that appear in the handwriting of the Gaon Rabbi Chaim Kanievsky: "I heard in his name (in the name of Chazon Ish) not as Dvar Avraham's word that Milah out of time precedes to Milah in time, because in Milah that out of time, Sins every moment and he says that it is not true"; "see in the book Likutey Yosher"; "They said in his name (in the name of Chazon Ish) that it is possible to dip the bottles with the note on them and it is not Buffering"; "Above in 33 Ch. between 13 belongs here and also forward ch. 38 halacha 12 belongs to here and was written there by mistake."
In comments written by another disciple of Chazon Ish, he details what things he heard from him by "himself" and things he heard from "Mother" or "Wasserman", and "R"S Greenman", or simply "I heard in his name", and a list of some halachot that were heard from Chazon Ish.
