A letter from Rabbi Kook - in which he asks to approve the provision of an apartment to the brother of the Gaon Rabbi Zvi Pesach Frank

A letter in the handwriting and signature of Rabbi Kook - in which he approves of giving an "apartment in the new building" to Mohra'z Frank, the brother of Rabbi Zvi Pesach Frank.

In his letter, the Rabbi writes, "I knew the rabbi to be diligent in the Torah and very precious, " and writes about "his need for an apartment due to the health of BB (Bnei Beyto) ...", and instructs to give him an apartment in the new building "and I promised that they will fulfill my words." .
