A photograph postcard showing Jewish POWs in armbands waiting for food in the Erfurt - Germany camp. Divided at the back for use as a postcard. Described on the back in print in Russian and French: "French, English, and Russian prisoners in the Erfurt concentration camp receive food from German cuisine."

In 1938 the city of Erfurt was one of the most important military centers in Germany. During World War II, 10,000-15,000 women and men were employed in forced labor in various factories in the city.

9x14 cm. Slight cracks. Good condition.
