A letter in the handwriting and signature of Rabbi Kook in which he addresses "a soul friend", requesting to support Rabbi Shlomo Elimelech Frenkel "in every possibility" who intends to learn the craft of Nikkur "while he has no way to provide for himself during his studies, I would therefore request to support him during his study". Jerusalem, 9 Iyar 1930.
