"Chicago the NBA champion" - Newspaper issue of the sports supplement of 'Yediot Ahronot' dated 6/16/1998 reviewing the sixth victory of the Chicago Bulls in the finals of the NBA Championship. The Bulls defeated the Utah Jazz after Utah was down 85-86, Jordan stole the ball from Carl Mellon with 18 seconds left to the end of the game, shoot with 5.2 seconds left, and set the game score at 87-86 for the Bulls - in a performance that is considered the greatest playoff winning shot of all times.

On the cover of the issue under the title: "G-d is great" it is written: "That's how it is with Jordan, when you thought you've seen it all, he comes up with another amazing performance and takes your breath away. Yesterday he scored 45 points, and when Utah was leading 83:86, he Grabbed the ball and scored the winning shot, the shot that brought Chicago six championships. Huge." The middle pages of the paper were devoted to extensive coverage of the game, with a large photograph of Jordan at the end of the game. In the article, the league's CEO David Stern was quoted as saying: "Michael, you bless us with your presence. Tonight you gave one of the greatest performances in history. Thanks".

This victory of the Bulls was the third in a row in the playoff finals, and the sixth in club history. On January 13, 1999, Jordan announced his retirement from the game, for the second time in his career.
